I was walking on a busy street of malleshwaram with my dad yesterday when this happend. It was one of our routine trips we make to buy vegetables. To avoid the hustling and bustling crowd, I just moved behind a wide tree when I caught sight of a guy who was walkin towards me in full speed. His right hand was stretched out and he had the expression of one who has finally found what he had been looking for from a long time. As soon as he approached me his enthusiasm died downand he apologised for mistaking me to be somebody else.Okay! I agree that this is not an uncommon occurance. But what strikes me here is that it is not the first time that this is happening to me.It has happend more times than I can count on my fingers. Is it by mere chance?Or is it something about my face?? Is it true that there are seven look-alikes for everyone in this world?

reading this reminds me of a lesson by name NANNA BENNU in kannada-3rd Language state sylabus 8th std......i bet u too have studied it if u are from state syllabus--from what i get..u've come out of school in 1997...which is the same year that i passed out....

nanna bennu..was written by Na.Kasthuri..where he cites several instances of having had a blow/pat on his back being a result of mistaken identity..
